We really loved our experience here. My kid loved his new plushie and the person serving was fairly nice. Taking one star off as we thought the scented insert was included in the price.

Great for kids and kids at heart a like. Staff are always welcoming and fantastic! I wish BaB Australia had half the selection and sales! it's sister stores in the US have, but oh well can't win then all, still a great store.

Great stock of different bears, great stock of clothes for the bears and great friendly staff.

I had the lovelist experience this afternoon by a very helpful lady named Steph. She went out of her way to secure me a grinch and after calling all of stores was so kind and sold me the one she had reserved for herself. My boys are over the moon thrilled with our Christmas Grinch! Thank you so much Steph!!
