Awesome describes it best. We had their BBQ platter between 4 adults. So much food. Its not easy finding quality bbq, this is the real deal. Pork ribs were my favourite not too heavy on the sauce you can taste the smoked pork flavour. Brisket, beef ribs, chicken wings and crispy chips all done to everyone's satisfaction. We were unable to finish it all. Do yourself a favour.
Best smokehouse around south east coast! Service was great and food was top notch. literally cleaned out the whole plate, even forgetting to take photos before digging into those amazing brisket. Ive also made reservation prior to driving down and they even offered a free drink with their reservation system. definitely recommend it to everyone around the area. Will return for the t bone challange soon
Staff were friendly as a group of five of us dined here on a Friday night. There were quite a few families here. It took quite a while for a food to come out. The burgers are really delicious as you’d expect when paying $20.
we had the date night menu, it was amazing. staff were lovely. Brisket was so tasty and cooked so well.
This is not the smokehouse BBQ it claims to be, certainly not Texas style I was expecting... The brisket was tough and undercooked, it tasted like pot roast and not smoked brisket, it was covered in gravy/sauce to I guess mask the blandness of what would be bad BBQ. I don't believe this was cooked in an American style wood smoker... The ribs were better, but still not the smoked flavor expected, though the sauce they used for the ribs was nice, the chips served were fresh and crispy so that's a plus, but the worst part of this experience was the bug found in my coleslaw, when I found it on my fork, I notified the waitress serving us, she instantly dismissed it as flying in after it was served due to open air restaurant I have since seen it in the photo I took of the plate the the moment it was set on the table, and zooming in, shows the bug half buried in the slaw... Needless to say, as a customer, I'd expect a little more than "not our problem", the waitress took the slaw away, but wasn't replaced, no apologies at payment time, nor any compensation. The standard post mix beverages we're a touch on the flat tasting side also... Suggestions for American style beverages we're also challenged as "they'd never sell" ... Whatever! They work at other BBQ restaurants... Needless to say, I will not be revisiting Buffalo Sears.

Excellent service and amazing food! We had the basket to share and the tornado prawns. The ribs were cooked to perfection with the most incredible flavour and the wings were great. We love hot food but damn that gunpowder sauce had a kick to it. We'll be back to try more!
Food lacked flavour, the potato skins were under cooked the brisket was fatty the pulled pork was slop, way overcooked. It was disappointing especially for the price. The service was friendly and they did ask for feedback as to why we didn't eat much of our meals, which was appreciated. I do believe in honest reviews, I would like to give 3 stars but the cost to value precludes me from doing so
Great smokehouse and BBQ place. The beef ribs were great, very tender with a wonderful combination of flavours and tastes. The salmon and accompanying salad was also a good experience. The openings in the restaurant allowed the sea breeze to permiate throughout in order to cool down. Well worth a visit. Good service too for lunch.
Beautiful venue, great atmosphere. Such friendly staff. Amazing food! We left so full, we were uncomfortable. Will definitely be back, have to try the rest of the dishes on the menu. Helena was the best hostess. Felt like VIPs.
