We had a fairly convoluted move from Queensland to Tasmania (which in the original brief was Perth!) via Melbourne spanning a 4 month period, involving various changes to the original plan, storage, accessing the container mid way through....essentially we couldn't have made it more complicated for the company if we tried!! Given our requirements there was ample opportunity for something to go wrong along the way and I would not have been surprised at all if it did. I am very very happy to report that it was the most seamless move I have ever had (and I have moved a lot,interstate, internationally and around the block). The team were so courteous, professional and at all times all over the details. Everyone we dealt with from the lovely girls in the main office, the staff at the storage facility in Melbourne and the drivers at both ends were fantastic and a credit to their employers. I hope I NEVER have to move again, but if I do I will most certainly be using Budget Self Pack Containers.

You did everything in your power to assist us with delivery of extra containers, we needed to have put more thought into the move but hey at the end of the day we are settled after 4 months. These guys were so professional, friendly and went above and beyond my expectations regarding communication.  We moved a family of 5 from Perth to Tasmania using two 20ft containers.  Each container took 7 days to transport and we were advised by email on all movement updates and delays so we always knew where the containers were.  They were also very flexible with our requirements to adhere to local council and gaining an extra day for one of the containers.  The delivery and pick up was very prompt with excellent communication on the day.  We can not fault these guys at all, they were superb!  They will provide you with a stress-free move.
