Got a puncture (from a screw!) on our original hire car from Auckland, so having changed the wheel drove to this office to find out what to do about the flat tyre, they were brilliant, got a replacement bigger car within an hour no problems whatsoever. Staff very friendly and helpful.

These people were the best when it came to my first car rental! The staff is the kindest ever and I had no problems renting a comfortable and safe vehicle. I'll definitely choose them again when I return to Rotorua.

I highly recommend Budget Car rental in Rotorua City.  Not only were they easy to deal with, they are all very honest and extremely helpful bunch.  Kudos to Robert and Natalia for making sure that I received my lost camera:) Their actions were prompt and they made sure I was taken care of even if it was after 2 days of renting their car. Excellent after service. Thank you very much!
