I've just recently purchased a Gigabyte M32Q Gaming Monitor for the home office. Went with BPC Tech as they were local to my work and their pricing was the best I could find online. I Had some quality issues with the monitor and contacted the staff at BPC tech. What a refreshing change to get an email back within the hour! I Arranged to bring the monitor back in for them to look at and within a short time they had me leaving with a replacement. Simple and quick. I buy a lot of tech, a lot.. And i know from experience the run around you can get from these places. This has honestly been one of the best experiences I've had from a tech reseller in a very long time. Great service like this along with competitive prices will have me coming back time and time again! Well done guys!
First time I have used this business and it was great experience. Had to use them as they were one of the handful of businesses stocking a particular component I was after. Website was very easy to use and provided a much more enjoyable user experience than most other IT hardware resellers. Payment was easy and all done via the website and the order was shipped promptly. Have added them to my collection of options when sourcing IT parts and will definitly use them again. Highly recommended.
These guys are great! I made the mistake of going to the store before placing a Click & Collect, gave them a call and they quickly got everything together after I placed the order out the front. It only took them 20 minutes and had everything together and brought it right out to my car. They had no obligation to do this at all. Above and beyond service. Awesome stuff :-
Prices are good, but nothing else. I ordered a pre-built PC along with some other accessories and paid extra for express shipping. The PC arrived relatively quickly, but the accessories took 3 weeks to arrive despite all being listed as in stock when ordered. The PC arrived dead on arrival and would not boot, and after some basic troubleshooting I was met with silence from their support team who ignored my email. After chasing them up, they finally responded and provided a return shipping label and I shipped the PC back for diagnostics and repair. That was the last I have heard from them regarding the PC, despite repeated attempts to contact them and ask for updates and status on the PC, all of which have simply been ignored with zero response.
Picked up first desktop PC but was DOA at home. They provided a return label to ship back while they built a replacement. Picked up second unit which they were happy to ship but needed it asap. Unit has worked flawlessly so far. Communication could be better, but overall happy with unit and price.
stock and prices are good, however they are back in the dark ages with click and collect. most businesses these days are within an hour, these guys take up to 72 hours even though the store is not open to the public. They also do not offer in store shopping due to "covid". Not sure if they are up with the current climate on covid, but regulations are over guys
Very slow responses from support. Purchased a barebone prebuilt system and a 3070 and requested they be delivered in their original packaging. That was ignored and the dude who installed the GPU broke the insulation on the PCIe cable. Called up and sent an email with photos on the day of delivery, but didn't receive a response until 9 days later asking me to send the whole thing back. Asked if they had a compatible cable they could just send out, but probably won't get an email response for another week. Can't be bothered chasing this up anymore and don't trust that I'll get the system back in a timely manner if I sent it back.
Their “prebuilt” systems aren’t prebuilt. It takes 4-7 days for it to be ready to pick up. I bought a 2400$ PC a few days ago, and now they just emailed me that the parts are secured and ready to be assembled, and next, is QC!!! What are you talking about? If it’s a PREBUILT, it should be ready to go! Why advertise as prebuilt when it isn’t?? Please don’t purchase from them if you expect honesty. False advertisement is illegal last time I checked!
Excellent customer service from Jacky and Dennis and the BPC team! My kid and I are loving the gaming machine they helped build on Black Friday 2022 with a GTX4080 graphics card. Thank you soo much guys :
careful using this company if they mess up they will blatantly lie to keep your money thank god i had proof in the emails they sent me,i cancelled an order cause the order never was delivered by its due date they were not going to cancel the order, they did send me an email stating they cancelled the order and refund will take a few days to process i never got a refund i contacted them they told me we won't give a refund until we recieve the item back at our warehouse, since i never received the item it was not my problem they still refused to refund me i called them again and told them fair trading laws stated what they were doing was illegal and i told them cancel the order now due to they never cancelled it to begin with so they lied about it initially they finally cancelled the order under threat of fair trading complaint i made against them then they had the ordacity to send me and email stating they never said there were not going to give me a refund which i have the email from them stating they will not issue me a refund and also recorded calls from their customer service agent lorrie telling me we are under no obligation to give you a refund be careful this company is dodgy i will never use them again i don't even want to give them 1 star
