Don’t really go to the city during the week and not familiar with the parking. 1st time booking here, was late for 15mins as spent more than half an hour to find a parking and the traffic was horrible on north terrace. Finally parked at the $9/hr building and walked there. The reception was nice and told me couldn’t do the cleaning as no enough time. The female dentist was very rude and repeated LOUDLY again and again ‘you have to be on time next time’. Yes, sorry I was late but no one wants to! I spent time/money and frustrated as well! Could you talk to the patient in a nice way as a professional!! My daughter was even scared and said the lady was so bossy! Didn’t get any service and walked away.
Had the best time here! The dental assistant named Han was a lovely girl and she made the entire experience so smooth and relaxing. Would definitely recommend coming here with kids as they are very understanding and kind while beibn extremely thorough.
I am usually incredibly nervous to go to the dentist but the team at Yes Dentistry always make me feel so comfortable. The pricing seems standard and very reasonable. The girls at the front are accomodating and very patient. Would recommend to anyone in Adelaide :
My dentist found it amusing when i mentioned my infected root canal was causing my stomach problems. I asked him to take an x-ray, he told me an x-ray wouldn't show infection and that i am wrong. I then went to another dentist a holistic one he straight away acknowledged the connection to my stomach and took an x-ray which did show infection in the root canal. After a tooth extraction my stomach problems i had for years had disappeared. So i will be sticking with my new holistic dentist.
Lovely clinic, staff very attentive, dentist very gentle. My wife was very happy with the care she received. The whole family will be back next time.
I saw Dr Darrel this week for a general clean and a small filling. The level of detail and care shown as well as clear communication was very comforting. And the skill in the procedure - all I can say is that I could have fallen asleep while the cleaning/filling/injection, all of it was being done. The aesthetic of the filling is also top notch. Will definitely be going back in the future.
Dr Beckley and the girls are an amazing team. I feel so supported. Finally a dentist that I am actually willing to go and see without hesitation and fear. Thankyou
The best dental clinic I've visited in Adelaide. Dr. Beckley is extremely thorough, gentle and makes you feel relaxed. Fees are very reasonable.
I have been coming Dr Beckley for a few years now and have had all sorts of work done from minor fillings to most recently an implant. He takes real pride in his work and is very thorough whilst at the same time explaining what is happening and making sure I'm OK! The staff are lovely, kind and caring. I cannot speak highly enough of him and his team!
I used to enjoy coming to this dentist, the staff were friendly and always accommodating. That was until they left a foul taste in my mouth… Just over a year ago 14 months to be exact I had a filling done here which has recently fallen out. Now this was already the second time the filling had been done with the previous one lasting approximately 4 years. I expected that being the second time it has been done, and being only 14 months since being done, it would be repaired free of charge, especially considering any potential issues were discussed at the time of filling as it was already the second time around. I contacted staff only who spoke with the practice manager only to be contacted a week later and denied a free repair because it was done ‘over a year ago’. I was told I could go in for a consult to work out exactly what needs to be done. I mulled this over and called back a few days later to request that at least the consultation be free of charge. I expected this would be allowed and told staff I would happily pay for the repair to be done as long as they come to the party and offer the consultation free of charge as there was still a chance the filling came out due to application or method of the repair. I waited a few days for a response, followed by an email asking for an update and finally got a call back saying the consultation would not be free. The company I work for sells products that come with a 12 month warranty and if one of those is outside of warranty and has an issue we offer leeway with the product, because who wouldn’t be upset that they paid over $200 for something that is now defunct. Alas my attempts were all for nothing as the practice were unable to offer anything or handle the matter reasonably all because the filling conveniently fell out ‘just outside of 12 months’. This is not reflective of the reception staff if anyway but more so a review and reflection on the operation of Yes Dentistry as a business and their inability to take responsibility. I can safely say I will not be returning for any dental work in the future.
