Amazing service from budget Malaga for my recent RAC rental. Super efficient FOH staff, especially the gentleman who had a “ trainee” “learner” with him. She did a great job under his guidance. So refreshing to see the above. Clean lovely vehicle as requested.
Car was ready when I arrived & instructions etc were professional & informative. Nice MG RV in clean condition that drove well for the period we had it. Petrol topped up & returned early afternoon for a no fuss quick return. Loved the customer service & the well organised staff.
Hired a moving truck on Saturday 20 September 2025, went in on Sunday 21 Sept and paid for an additional day. Returned Monday 22 Sept, cleaned it and put petrol in it, used a quarter of a tank. Took my petrol receipt in with keys. Asked the customer service provider to come check truck and offered my receipt they said no to both. I called a week later no bond returned, they told me it takes 7 to 10 days. Which is quite long, they should have facility in store to refund bond. They should check truck on return. I received $42 of my $200 bond back. Charged me $73 for petrol, even though I filled it up and they wouldn't take my receipt or check the truck. Very disappointing and will not use or recommend budget or avis again. Should have stuck with the company I usually use.
RAC arranged a hire car for myself after being rear ended. Was able to collect within a few hours. Staff were friendly and accommodating especially as I was still unsure about what had happened. Car was clean and tidy. Took it back to Budget Malaga and they advised car was still in great condition. Definitely use them again. Thank you
Great experience hiring from Budget Malaga. Sent here for a rental by the RAC whilst mine was in for repair.nQuick & efficient customer service team. Well maintained and clean and tidy compact rental car.nWhen returning i was asked if it had a 'full tank of fuel', which it didn't,nbut they was happy enough and directed me to a local service station to fill up, rather than pay their $4.95 a litre refuel charge, which was great!. Thanks guysn++Highly recommended ++
