Great experience hiring from Budget Malaga. Sent here for a rental by the RAC whilst mine was in for repair.nQuick & efficient customer service team. Well maintained and clean and tidy compact rental car.nWhen returning i was asked if it had a 'full tank of fuel', which it didn't,nbut they was happy enough and directed me to a local service station to fill up, rather than pay their $4.95 a litre refuel charge, which was great!. Thanks guysn++Highly recommended ++
disgusting customer service, charged me additional money and when i attempted to complain about my bond they said my bond had been used but could not explain how. definitely would not recommend. The female staff member named Jillian was extremely rude and needs to adjust her attitude and learn some customer service skills or get a different job

Would have preferred a replacement car more similar to the one that I was driving. There was an issue with the audio system as it kept cutting out my BT connection with my phone thus making the GPS app challenging and this was important to me.
