I have used Budget before for work and personal use and have always had a fantastic experience, except for this Friday just gone.nnWe are moving furniture for our new house and when we went to load everything into the back we were met with a dirty truck with a splintered pallet, rubbish and was clearly not swept out. Someone had left tools in the back too.nnIn the cabin there was old soft drink and energy cans rolling around as well. Service was fantastic at the depot but the experience was a let down, spending the weekend cleaning our furniture!
After my car accident, budget were able to assist me with a car hire within 24hrs. My car ended up requiring 2 months to fix due to parts and budget were able to extend the time frame. I found the staff in store at Malaga and the call centre were very helpful and professional. Happy to go through them again.
Booked on line. The truck was ready to go when I arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful. Condition report was emailed on the spot with photos included for me to check. This was such an easy transaction. On returning there is a key draw for after hours returns. Bond returned within the week. Thank you very much.
I recently rented a car from Budget Malaga and I was very impressed with the overall experience. The booking process was smooth, the staff at the rental location were friendly and helpful, and the car itself was clean and well-maintained. The return process was also quick and easy. Overall, I had a great experience with Budget and would definitely recommend them to others.
These guys promised if I get here before 4::30 I can pick up a car so I rush to get here at 4:10pm and they were closed. Hopeless service...go to SIXT
