Budget Car and Truck Rental Sydney Domestic Airport

Criminals, Plain and simple. After booking, Ringing the day prior to make sure my car was there and budget CS putting a note on file to make sure it was, Without ringing me or paying attention to the notes they sent the car away!!!?!?!. I ended up having to take a ute which had a huge dent in the side, Writing on the windscreen and no wiper fluid. When I returned these CRIMINALS accused me of putting the dent in the car!!! I missed my flight due to the 30 minute delay (when they didn't have the car at the beginning) , This cost me 2 hours of my time and $150 in fees from Virgin. So I filled up at one of their recommended petrol stations before returning the vehicle as I had hours before the next flight. I've now found out these CRIMINALS are FRAUDULENTLY claiming the tank was not full.... As some sort of reaction for my complaints about them having the capabilities and professionalism of a sack of potatoes. They have now FRAUDULENTLY charged me $42 after presumably taking the long way back to the station and noting any petrol they used, yet when they gave me the car it obviously came from the same petrol station and had the same amount I returned it with! Criminals, Theirs no other word. Fraud is a criminal offense. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS.

On the phone to Brisbane airport for 68 mins still no answer and on my other phone to Sydney airport for 45 mins nothing. Budget alright Budget, budget blablabla.....Joke.

Simply cannot do business with this Budget. Every single booking will end up being a hassle to get a tax invoice for. Stay away from this place.

No petrol stations on the motorway into airport. Impossible to fill tank before dropping vehicle off. Make sure you give yourself an extra half hour to find a petrol station nearby. Budget charges $3.50/L to fill up otherwise. Feel ripped off
