2 washing machines and 2 dryers were out of order.  All I needed to dry were 2 sheets and 2 towels.  Any other laundromat would have the job done in one dryer for $2.  I spent $8 using 3 different dryers trying to find one that would actually get the laundry dry.  Still walked out with slightly damp laundry.  Nowhere for customers to sit while waiting.

When a machine gobbles your coins and then fails to operate. You are left high and dry.nThere is no contact number to claim a refund.nAlso no change machine. Too many washing machines not working.nYou take pot luck .nThe big 14 kg machines which cost $8 /$9 a load ,when working, do a good job .nWe ended up payinh twice because of lost coins!nIts the old saying buyer beware.

Part way through drying clothes dryer stopped working. Put two dollars in and didn’t restart. Phoned owner and left a message but hasn’t contacted me back.nIf you own a business you need to be contactable

Sign says open till 7pm but always closes much earlier….. super inconvenient for people who work late. Don’t bother phoning the number in the door, she never answers or returns calls. Finally got hold of her and she was incredibly rude, stating ‘being my business I can close when I want’. Makes it hard to want to continue to support small business when that’s the attitude you’re met with.

A very handy laundrette in Clifton Springs. Always exceptionally clean and very well managed. An absolute life saver on those rainy Bellarine days.nConvenient opening hours.nIt's a shame that there is no change machine, management stated that they had one but repeated attempts to steal or vandalise the machine forced them to remove it. An arrangement is in place with the Milk Bar for coins if needed, otherwise you can't fault it.
