This is addressed to 'John Kennett -Sales Manager - BTA Towing Equipment' & 'Sam'. Date Tue 3rd April 2018 - Approx 2:45p.m. Somebody pinched the 'Hitch Pin' from my BTA Towbar at the weekend. Never been to their premises before Phoned BTA reception - Lady on the phone was professional/courteous & precise. Arrived without appointment - Primarily dealt with 'Sam', however his colleague assisted also. Got replacement anti-rattle, lockable hitch pin. Sam even fitted it. Friendly / professional & polite. I was 'out of there' in less than 5 mins. I sincerely wish all my transactions were like this. Cheers - Chris.

Really good service and great job fitting my ute up. If they cant help you they pass you onto someone reliable that can. Top job and recommended!!

We have been using these towbar's and products extensively for 30 years. Excellent to deal with and will go the extra to solve even unusual design's.

Was quoted a price over the phone and then they would not honor it after driving across town.
