From initial contact to completion of the fitting, Bryant & Cairns have been professional and friendly. The doors are excellent quality, very well priced and the fitters were great & tidied up very well. I would recommend anyone to consider using this company.
Their builders are professional and friendly, the project manager followed up consistently to ensure the the work is on track, and they addressed my concerns and questions in a timely and helpful manner. Happy about the work they have done. Definitely recommend.
Good service from start to finish. No deposit required, payment on completion of work. Problem with frame on window panel at door, which was pointed out by fitters and replaced without any problem. Happy with replacement door, looks good.
Excellent after sales from Bryant and Cairns. We had a conservatory built nearly 20 years ago and wee decorative edge had broken off, and windows fitted 3 years ago and one needed around the frame resealed. A phone call to them on Friday and job done by a very cheery guy on the Monday morning. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Nothing is ever too much bother. Thank you.
Have just had a beautiful conservatory installed by Bryant & Cairns. The entire process from getting a quote to planning and completion was well managed and stress free. I am absolutely delighted with the result, exceeding expectations. A high degree of professionalism from everyone concerned. There was a wee hiccup with a missing pane omitted by the supplier, not B & C's fault. However true to their promise payment wasn't required until final completion. Thanks very much, am so glad I decided to have it built.
5 star service as always with Bryant & Cairns. From point of sale to installation everything went very smoothly. Great communication and very friendly employees who take a pride in their work.
If it was possible to give Bryant and Cairns 6 out of 5 I would. I cannot fault anything about them. If you are in the Edinburgh and Midlothian area and want some sort of double glazing product that they can install then I highly recommend them. They give honest prices and do outstanding, high quality work. I am so happy with the french doors they fitted. Thank you B&C!
2 PVC sills were badly marked with scratches, scuff mark, stains and small chip. Company did offer to replace them but said the whole framework would have to be removed and there would be more damage to the walls which already had been quite extensive. Furthermore there would be a wait to have the work re-done. I just wish they hadn't been installed in that condition in the first place. UPDATE! Just had both sills replaced The work was carried out cleanly and efficiently in less than 2 hours I don't think the whole framework had to be removed after all and no further plastering was necessary. I am very happy with the result
First class company, highly recommended. Both pre and post sales, and installation teams were all excellent. No mess, careful workers, no up front deposit, no quibble about rectifying any faults.. what more could you ask for. Really excellent from start to finish.
The total experience from our initial visit to the showroom to the conservatory build was excellent. Everyone was friendly and professional. The end result was superb. I would totally recommend Bryant and Cairns.
