I’ve been coming here as a patient for roughly 20 years. The doctors here are mostly all fantastic! One of the receptionist is actually the most unbearable person to deal with I’ve ever met. I’m absolutely shocked that she has had her job so long. No point asking me which of the two receptionists I’m referring to, as the saying goes, “if you know you know”

I've been going to this clinic for about 17 years and have always had a really positive experience. The doctors that I see are really smart, knowledgeable, kind, thorough and caring, and the reception staff are some of the kindest, sweetest, most helpful reception staff I've ever met. The pathology nurses are really nice, too.

Have been going to this clinic for many years. Friendly professional front desk staff. Very low turn over of doctors and reception staff has meant being able to build up a great relationship. I can see "my" doctor who has knowledge of my medical history, though it can take up to a week. The staff do try to fit you in if it's something urgent/serious. I guess that's the price you pay for a reliable, knowledgable medical service.

i hate writing bad reviews , but getting my appointment cancelled late on a Friday after waiting for an hour because i have n't been there in 3 yrs, and they would nt even do a phone consult..   is preeeettttty crapppppy  ....

I haven't seen any of the Drs here but all my dealings with reception staff have been so kind and helpful. Thank you for your dedicated care.

This is a wonderful clinic that is always booked out because the doctors are so good. I have been coming here for at least fifteen years and feel very lucky to have such a health service available. The receptionists are kind, helpful and fun.

Convenience aside, the treatment of doctors towards patients is very disturbing. Almost like you are a burden. I have chronic medical issues that require regular checkups and was treated like I was 'making up' my conditions for dramatic effect. It was shocking and disappointing: it is hard enough dealing with chronic disease, let alone having doctors make you feel like a freak. No-one deserves to be treated like this, especially from a health care professional.

I've been going to this clinic for many years and it's always great service. The reception staff are always helpful and friendly. It's sad that they stopped bulk billing all appointments though.

I started going to this service recently and the two doctors I have seen have both been excellent.  Young and slightly older, they have both been extremely professional and thorough.   The office managers are also very efficient and professional.

Great place,really do care.
