Simone was recommended by a friend of a friend who said she’s knowledgeable, direct, clear in explaining things, good value & lovely. She’s been all that and more. She has brought my car back to life from a random issue that had me not driving long distances and each time I pop in for a service she’s friendly and open to sorting out or explaining anything. It’s companies like these that delight me and I recommend Simone to friends and family.

Best place to have your car fixed if you don’t want to be ripped off. Simone the mechanic was great. She sure knows her trade. They are specialised in german cars. Had my car fixed there today, paid less then expected and felt not cheated for a long time. They got recommended to me by a friend and that was well worth the long drive. (Western Suburbs) Thanks Simone ... and Jurgen..(?)

I have been going here for 17 years. Fantastic service and good rates. I would much rather take my car here than a dealership service centre.

Very knowledgeable, very proffessional, hard to find that kind of proper mechanic these days. Only euro cars. They do fantastic work and they are very well priced. I will deffinitly recommend you give them a try.

Do not take your car here for a RWC. I took mine to find out his daughter did the inspection (still uncertain if she holds the license and was authorised to do this), to find out that some faults were diagnosed incorrectly - E.G. Horn does not work - it does, just press it, Rear number plate light not working - it does - just turn on the lights!, wiper not working - maybe just turn the switch sideways - it does. I mentioned this to the main mechanic, who said OK maybe she didn't check it correctly - are you serious! He now wont attend to the minor repairs because I'm critical of the unprofessional approach. All the above is true and correct. I am now seeking a review via Vic ROADS as he should try to fix these minor points, so the fee I paid is wasted, as well as my time. I do give him 10 out of 10 for attitude! Seriously WATCH OUT!
