I've been coming here for years, rarely have had a problem. All the doctors are nice and the reception is always friendly and helpful
Unfortunately this practice fails to understand the meaning ‘patient cantered care’. Extremely disappointing from a service delivery perspective. Behaviour from Doctor was extremely abrupt and rude.
Have been coming for years and have always found the staff and doctors to be friendly and helpful .
Receptionist Leanne extremely rude and abrupt for general inquiries. She needs to understand that not all of us work in the health setting so do not know the ins and outs of how to navigate their service so rely on their knowledge and expertise for guidance and direction. Will not be utilising their services.
Booked in appointment for several issues , could only get in on Saturday as i work during the week. Needed to get a referral for my nose to be quarterised which has already been done several years ago, and to get my mole removed. Doctor reccomended I try natural methods for the nose which i knew would prove ineffective given that nose bleeds have been a huge issue for me ever since I could remember - the only effective treatment being quarterisation. I rang up after several weeks to let them know that I still needed a referral as the advice given to me had not worked and the nosebleeds were in fact getting worse and more frequent. They said I would have to book another appointment as they can't do referrals over the phone. With the mole she booked me in to see another doctor to remove it. When I later rang up to confirm the appointment they said they had no record of any appointments for me at all and said I would need to re book . I did so and on day of my new appointment they told me doctor that it had been re booked with did not do skin removal etc and I would have to again re book. After explaining to the receptionist what has happened she merely shifted the blame onto me saying you had an appointment that you didn't turn up to which none of the receptions I spoke to that week knew anything about. Staff were condescending and arrogant and refused to take any portion of blame, instead shifting it onto me. I have had to take two mornings off work unpaid and will now have to roster another time off work to attend another doctor appointment.
