First time dined in with my family and I for mum’s birthday. We enjoyed everything! I can mostly recommend the pizza, desserts and keen to try more. Mum loved her coffee! It was a busy and lively atmosphere at 9pm. Positive side is we still found an open table. Will come back for another feed!

The café itself has an amazing vibe—modern yet cozy, with a touch of elegance that makes it perfect for catching up or enjoying a relaxed meal.nnOne thing to note is that the menu didn’t have any chicken items , which was a bit surprising as it mostly featured pork, beef, and seafood options . However, there were plenty of items on display at the counter, so we chose from those instead.nnWe ordered a Piadina and a Panini —both were absolutely delicious! Freshly made, warm, and packed with flavor. For dessert, we couldn’t resist trying the Nutella Cheesecake and the Cannoli Tiramisu . The cheesecake was rich and indulgent, but the real standout for me was the Cannoli Tiramisu—I absolutely loved it! Easily a must-try for anyone visiting.nnThe staff were fantastic —so helpful, patient, and genuinely welcoming. They made the experience smooth and enjoyable despite how busy it was. A weekend surcharge was applied, which is common in Melbourne but worth noting.nnOverall, Brunetti Oro delivered on flavor, service, and vibes . A great spot if you’re after quality Italian-style bites and decadent desserts in the city. Would definitely recommend visiting with friends or even for a solo coffee treat. I’ll be coming back for that tiramisu again soon!
We dropped by after dinner for some dessert. Spacious restaurant with lots of dessert choices. We chose a few pastries and mini cakes to share. The pastries were really good but a bit sweet, the cannoli was unfortunately a bit dry and the filling was hard. The cheesecakes were delicious, as well as the mini orange and chocolate cake!
Brunetti on Flinders Lane is one of those classic Melbourne spots that never disappoints. Right in the heart of the city, it’s always buzzing with people, which honestly says a lot about the place. The store itself is huge, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, so even when it’s busy you can usually find a spot to settle in.nnEverything is prepared fresh daily by the chefs, and you can really taste the quality. The coffee is consistently great as you’d expect in Melbourne, the desserts are absolutely delicious, and their pizzas are surprisingly good as well. The pastry display alone is worth stopping for.nnIt’s a perfect place whether you want to grab a quick coffee on the go, meet friends for a chat, have a relaxed coffee date, or even sit down with your laptop and get some work done. A great city spot with a lively atmosphere and seriously tasty treats.
