My favorite cafe on the mountain. Staff are friendly and consistent year on year think they're the owners. Coffee is good and a great selection of desserts. Last year my son was so sick and my other son wanted to go out and ski, so they let me sit here nursing a coffee for a couple of hours in their comfy and warm shop while I waited for my other son. I will be back every time I'm visiting Perisher.
Paid $6.50 for a soy latte. Pretty fair price for the snowy mountains. Good selection of bakery goods and sandwiches. Hot chocolate is available here. Seating is plentiful, but gets packed during peak times. Bit of a queue in the early morning.
amazing food and have the absolute nicest staff! price is the very reasonable and food is always delicious. the staff are just so nice, i spilt my drink and the male worker was so nice about it cleaning it up and was also very friendly with the people sitting next to us. the girls are so sweet and together they make the cafe run very smoothly with a nice atmosphere.
Perfect place to begin a start to the day or a mid-day ski break. Tea, coffee, hit chocolate and delicious food.
*****DON'T ABUSE THE STAFF***** I have been going to Brunelli's for decades for both the coffee, food and the banter. Bruno and Roberta have been an iconic part of the mountain culture and have always been a friendly face. They constantly go the extra mile and now they have stepped back to let the next generation step up, the same friendly atmosphere has continued. There has been, however, a disturbing amount of abuse levelled towards the girls, Lauren, Jackie and Lily. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!! If you have an issue, treat people with respect, sort it out with a cool head or walk away. If you listen to the anger is some of the previous comments and imagine being confronted by that in person, you will probably understand what I am getting at. It is easy to take to social media and vilify someone or an organisation unfairly. So I encourage you to read between the lines on those comments as the truth is often absent or at least altered to a state that bears little semblance of fact. The staff work long hours with a busy workload and do not deserve to be treated as they have been. There are many regulars and staff members that will also step in if your behaviour becomes abusive. We, the regular customers of Brunelli's will not stand idly by and do nothing. People behaving badly, you are on notice!!
Worst experience. Worst cold tasteless coffee. Owner behaved very rudely in-front of my kid when I requested her to please acknowledge the order details and to put whipcream as per order. She said very rudely “I’ll not do it I am the owner“ and walked away. I didn’t want to ruin my kids trip otherwise I would’ve have asked her very well what does it exactly means. Not Recommended Place
Wasn’t expecting to have good coffee in the mountain, but it was a nice surprise. Coffee is extremely good that I didn’t want to explore options at other shops.
Very good coffee and sweet treats. Authentic. Managing pretty well in this crazy busy ski season.
The best coffee in the mountains, supported by excellant service and yummy treats
The flat white was ok. The hot chocolate with melted marshmallow probably not what I was used to.
