On many occassions taking my clothes to Brumbys Dry Cleaners in cranbourne I was given terrible customer service, my clothes smelt like chemicles and were not cleaned properly. When bringing up these issues with the owner of the dry cleaners he didn't seem to care and was argumentative. It got to the stage he told me to never come back and to go some where else. I do not recommend going to this store or the one in the cranbourne shopping centre as its owned by the same person.
