Had a sausage roll - $3.90 but the sausage roll was disgusting, pastry looked and tasted like cardboard and the sausage was dry and hard. I asked for my money back on the sausage roll but this was declined by Selena. She said Sausage roll had been in the warmer since 6.30 am so six hours. I had to bin it - it was so bad - I am not a fussy eater. Not good, expected a lot better, gourmet prices and very below average product. The Jam Doughnut was Ok though

I tried Brumbys bakery on Lincoln road today .. was absolutely disgusting!! for $5.90 I got a stale ham salad roll .. which had two hard pieces of ham, two pieces of tomato and one slice of rock hard cheese.. was that horrible my cats wouldn't even touch the ham!

Great bakery. Love the sourdough. Always nice to pop in for a coffee and muffin on a weekend morning.

Most amazing customer service. The girl who served me had a great smile and had fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend this because i dont usually write reviews but they were very friendly and amazing staff. Keep it up. Great work. ;)
