Went in to see if they could do an intercooler flush for me and was abruptly told no. Fair enough you dont do the job but there us no need to be so rude. Then i asked him if he could help me with the fume problem inside my car. Before i could even ask for advice he asked what kind of car it was and he very arrogantly told me he doesnt work on that kind of car and gave me a story of a previous encounter with a similar car. I dont appreciate being treated like a 2nd class citizen because of the car i drive (rotary). As i said fair enough if you dont want to do the job but no need to label me, swear and be so arrogant! Bruce is a muppet!
