A draft master plan has been released for Bruce Comben Reserve in Altona Meadows, to plan for a new $40 million Western Aquatic Centre and uses by sporting clubs and the community.nnThe centre would include an eight-lane, 25-metre pool and smaller pools, wellness centre, gym, cafe and new childcare centre.n.
Very nice huge park with various sports arena. Couple of kids playground. River flowing aside and the bridge across as a plus point.
cool and calm place for long evening and morning walks
We’ve been in the area for 4 months now. It’s a big park, but been here to take the kids to the playground! It’s small and only fits kids age 6+. The play gravel definitely needs some love and re-leveling and maybe put some few extra play toys there. It has a toilets, bench for the parents to sit and watch their kids and also a nice walk path.
