I got my lashes done few days ago. I love it so much. They are so friendly and professional. They know exactly what I really want. This is a perfect place for lash extensions. Strongly recommend this place
I booked in for a full set of hybrid lashes. A lady walked in as I was getting mine done, the lady doing my lashes then quickly rushed mine, not applying them all. She must not have applied the few that she did do well as they all began to fall out within a day. After only a week nearly all of the lashes have fallen out. Definitely did not get a full set. Very disappointing considering the cost. Will definitely not be returning.Service: Eyelash extensions
A bit dissapointed. I have high hopes for this place as I passed by this place a lot. I got my lashes done last week and I think the lady that applied mine, rushed my left eye. Almost every lash on my left eye has fallen off within 1 week and it looks like I only got one eye done. During the appointment, I can tell she was quite inexperienced from the way she applied the tape and lashes. She didn't even consult what kind of lashes I want before I mentioned them. Overall she was very nice and accomodating when giving suggestions. But the results and experience still not worth the hefty price tag :/Service: Eyelash extensions
Went in today to get my eyebrows waxed & basically had them ruined after growing them for more than 6 weeks to have a thicker shape!! I was shocked when I saw my left eyebrow as the girl had removed the hair without asking me first despite giving very specific instructions on keeping them thick & only removing the short hair. Even after the disappointment I wasn’t offered any special treatment & paid the full price. Very disappointed & certainly won’t ever be visiting for any service again.Services: Eyebrow shaping

I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 2 years and do not trust anyone else with my brows and lashes. I am extremely fussy and have tried a couple of places over the years. There is no better place for eye lash extensions and at a fantastic price. I often get compliments as Jenny knows the right balance of natural and dramatic personalising your lashes to your face and landing on lashes that could be genuinely real but just born with great genetics just the way I like them. After reading the great reviews, I had to check out the lash extensions they were offering. I tried the natural eyelash extension set for $99 and they came out exactly how I imagined them to be. Highly recommend 10/10 and the customer service is great!
If I can give a minus star, I would. I booked an appointment as a model on Friday and this review wrote right after I came outside the salon on Saturday morning. I booked for an infill as I still have some lashes on both eyes. Appointment at 11.30, I came 5 mins early one of the lady said it won’t be long. After 15 mins waiting she called and I looked at my watch it was 11.40. She put the eye pads on and start the lashing. Without doing a PROPER consultation, in fact no consultation at all! She didn’t clean my lashes and talking to the other girl across the room! During the period I lie down, she was quite gentle but she didn’t isolate properly because she kept poking and move my eyelids from side to side to stick the lashes instead of using isolation tweezer. After good 15 mins she removed my right eye pad and did my left eye for 5 mins and she start fanning and brushing my lashes vigorously and I can feel and heard that she CUT the tip of my lash extension! Then that’s it, 20 mins for lash infil. She probably put 10 lashes in total! I’m so unhappy with this and I told her I wasn’t happy with the result. And then she said “ SO WHAT?! You’re a model right?” And I told her yes I am but I’m no happy, and she gave me the gesture of “get the f out of here” ‍‍‍‍ Lord have mercy how the hell is this salon still exists??? Bare in mind it’s not a free model, she still charge money! But, seeing how rude she was, I walked out without paying! As I should! Please do your research and think 1000x before coming to this place.
