Didn't give me my refund when I changed my mind about getting fillings but had already paid and the lady at reception said she had put it through but it never came. Instead they blocked my account and kept giving me the same story that the refunded amount should show up in the next few days, even though they hadn't even asked for my card to be swiped to load the refund back into my card. Dishonest people. Wouldn't recommend, paid $350 for nothing
Browns Road Dental lives by their motto and always makes you feel positive before and after your appointment. Dr Nash did extremely well in making my ortho treatment run smoothly and successful. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and understanding; you wont be disappointed. Staff are so friendly. Great communication and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this Dentist to all. After a Long four year journey on Orthodontic treatment I am well pleased with my final Result. Browns road Dental has always had great communication, excellent customer service and A remarkable Approach to their patients. Nash has always made me feel completely comfortable and gone over and beyond to provide me the best service which is customized to my needs as a patient this was quite helpful as I had very sensitive gums. Browns road dental has Advanced computerized orthodontics they use to analyse the important detailed steps needed to take for the most efficient and effective treatment. They believe that that each patient is different, taking into consideration your expectations. Nash keeps me up to date with every procedure and change in my dental plan and explains it well so that I am made well aware and happy with my treatment process. I recommend Browns road Dental to anyone and everyone as Nash has completely transformed my smile, Is very passionate about his work and will help u feel and look amazing.
Tried this clinic out as my usual dentist had moved out of town. The standard of care I received was second to none, I went in for a standard 6 monthly clean and was impressed at how much more thorough and meticulous Dr Yang was even compared to my previous dentist. Will be my go to from now.
I have been seeing Dr Nash for a few years now. He is very calm, courteous and gentle. He always responded well when indicate I have pain. He would stop and provide reassurance and more anaesthetic. I find it reassuring that he uses the latest technology yet never forgetting the basics of good manners and friendliness. The clinic has a high level of hygiene and friendly staff always.
Dr Nash and the staff at browns road dental clinic are very welcoming you get that feeling your around family. I had some work done their and Its been Great I feel confident in myself I SMILE all the time nw I feel great all thanks to the team at browns road dental clinic highly recommend. Thanks again guys
Went for a tooth extraction and I must say they are professionals with a hand of gold. Sooo amazingly did their job that I didn't feel any pain at all.Michael is and excellent dentist.Staff were awesome.Thanks guys
Went to Dr. Yang to get me full dentures and what a pleasant surprise it was when the fit was absolutely emmaculate. Would definitely recommend this clinic and Dr. Yang in particular!
Dr Yang is quite experienced. Had a filling done by him, seemed really professional and went really smoothly. 5 stars
Nash is awesome! Good price, good service. Definitely the best dentist in South Auckland.
