Story

Sweet Acres Brownie Bar is a new concept in Bakery Cafes. For years bakeries have been known to produce a wide variety of conventional sweets but at Sweet Acres we decided to stick to what we do best....brownies. So, we created one of Australia's first dedicated brownie bars specializing a huge variety of brownies, always baking new combinations to appease the palettes of chocolate lovers...but our Brownies are not your run of the mill brownies. We only use Belgian Callebaut and our brownies can best be described as Fudge Brownies. The Cafe has, what we believe, the best boutique coffee and other treats. We know that one can not live on Brownies and Coffee alone so we have a fully licensed Cafe/Restaurant serving Breakfast Lunch and dinners.

Great local place for breakfast. Staff are friendly and orders come fast. Food is good and reasonably priced.  AC doesn't tend to work inside? But this only really matters on those stupid hot mornings.

The burger was absolutely exceptional. Fresh with carefully balanced flavours. One of the best I've had in Sydney. Service was polite and genuine, suited to the warm cafe atmosphere.

Coffee great. Shame they use cottees chocolate topping. Just destroyed the flavour of the brownie. Take it off or make your own.

Friendly local cafe. Great place for after school hungry kid and parents

Brownie Bar takes pride in providing quality food and service with a genuinely friendly smile.  It's a wonderful little coffee shop that serves top quality food.  I'm a frequent consumer of their bacon egg rolls and their burgers. Love their employees too, because I can't ever remember *not* having a pleasant experience there.  Edit: corrected my last sentence! Darn double negatives!

Lovely owner and staff. Am sitting here sipping a lovely hot chocolate after having a great cappuccino this week and am enjoying my drink. I also love the fact that they serve LEAF tea, rather than the teabagged version other cafes serve. Their breakfast is also beautiful and if you do have rewards and don't know where to go to actually use it, they use it here.

Good for kids and Dog friendly when in the undercover veranda seating. The staff and owner are super friendly and accommodating.  Very good food and good amount of choices for a cafe, excellent deserts and wonderful burgers. Ample parking. We definitely be back.

Large variety of brownies, beautifully presented. Extensive menu, including daily specials. Coffee is very good with double shot of espresso standard. I like it quite strong, so next time I'll ask for an extra shot. Highly recommended.

Recommended by local after other cafes closed for xmas break. What a find.  Stopped in for great fish and chips superb salad.and excellent coffee. Wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. Serves all day breakfast. Home made brownies look amazing.  Prices reasonable,  Highly recommended.

Service was lacking and food low quality. Would certainly avoid this store in future. Arrived with party of 5 and received 4 water glasses. Finished the bottle just filling the 5 glasses when they arrived and had to ask for another when wasn't forthcomin. Ordered two thickshakes, received milkshakes with no thickness, ripping us off $3 each. One of burgers asked with no tomato due to allergy. It came out with tomato. I ordered the chicken burger. Could only eat half as chicken was tough and definitely not worth the effort. 3 of 5 of us didn't finish out meals and left underwhelmed to go eat elsewhere.
