They lost the ornate detail on my designer jacket, it was missing when I picked it up. When I asked where it was they blamed me and said I must have taken it off at home. They denied all responsibility and basically called me a liar. I have been a regular customer with them for years. Am appalled by the customer service.

They made some stains on my shirt by iron and didn't accept it..and told: it is not our fault.. When I asked to see his boss, he told me: if you come two weeks later you can see boss... After two weeks when I saw the boss, she told me: we accept any problem before 7 days after we delivers your shirt... It was second time to broke my shirt

They wanted to charge me $6.50 per shirt for wash and press. Seriously! Don't go here. Support a local business.

I am fairly new to the dry cleaning world, and new to the area I dropped off 3 Suit Jackets and 7 trousers. Brown Gouge charged $79.50, which when compared to $49.50 for the exact same load from Watsonia Dry cleaners is a big difference. I was happy with watsonia's finished job and will be using them from now on.
