We have been traveling around Australia from Sydney and I booked in our Prado 150 series for the 80k service on 14th August. Dropped the car off out the front to the very helpful and courteous staff. They called at around 2pm to ask about replacing brake pads and I agreed. Then at 4.30 pm they called and said it was ready to pickup by 5.30pm and they were closing at 5.30pm. Had to get in a taxi to get there quickly. The service was all done and the car performed perfectly from then until about 2 weeks later. I cleaned the car with a high pressure spray and soon after got a message that the car was operating at reduced power limp mode. This message went away after a drive but was concerned as still had a long way to drive from Broome down to Perth and back to Sydney and didn’t want any problems. Just happened that I was checking out of the caravan park the next day and needed the problem checked and fixed immediately. Called and they were booked solid but said that one of their techs would look at it out of hours if I left it overnight. Said yes and dropped it off. Next morning came in at 9am and they advised that they replaced the air flow sensor under warranty and it was ready to go. Have to say that their service was outstanding and they went out of their way to help me. The car has performed without issue since then.
Started purchase of used 4wd in nov 24, finalised just before xmas with other finance group as I was mislead, i thought vehicle was worth price i paid, i found the dealership unprofessional, inept and less than the Toyota brand demands.nI definitely will not recommend or use this business again, poor form and dont value locals. Zero stars from me and my family.nPlenty of other local friendly helpful businesses in Broome not this place
Had my LC 79 serviced at Broome Toyota last week while staying here for a couple of weeks.nUpon arrival I forgot to tell them I had a slight shudder in the steering around 80-90 KLMs/h this week I paid them a visit to see if they could help me out with a wheel balance after realising my mistake. At first the office assistant thought there may need to be a booking and some charges however the service manager waived any charges and put it down as the tyre rotation that was unable to be performed due to my wheel set. They also fitted it straight away for me.nOverall I was very happy with the service in general and the fact that a fairly large company cares about going above and beyond in customer satisfaction.
Dropped by to get the car serviced, never been in this place so I parked at the wrong location. I was really sorry and I asked where I should park the car. But the guy was so rude and sound racist. Can't believe how poor customer service is.nLachy and the lady at reception were so helpful and lovely. But the even I came back to get the car, tried to say sorry but he totally ignored me.
I’ve done 2 services in here for my Toyota Prado 1999.. I have asked for a coolant flush and a wheel alignment. After some months my tyres were totally worn out on the sides , that means that the wheel alignment has not been performed properly! And the coolant is full of stuff inside .. I payed really heaps for this services and it’s very frustrating to see this. I need to do everything again, surely not here anymore.
