Terrible staff, particularly one, very condescending shorter slim lady. I am a 15 year local who has used this pharmacy for all this time for my regular scripts, not anymore, will be giving Kimberly Pharmacy Services a go in the future, or ordering online. Very disappointed.
Helpful and friendly staff, also very efficient especially given how busy they get during tourist season. Had to order a few medications in for me and they arrived when they said they would. Prices were reasonable given the remoteness of Broome.
Fantastic pharmacist couldn't give me what I wanted but helped with instructions to and emergency clinic which helped me .nMuch appreciated
You’re in the outback! Things are more expensive. They are busy, extra busy with the growing tourist non ending seasonscripts, service takes time but the staff are very lovely and helpful and efficient. Proud to have this pharmacy as my local in this beautiful town.
The actual pharmacist should be concentrating getting scripts ready not serving on the counter. I handed my script in then had to wait for other customers to be served. There were 2 assistants to deal with customers. Then make sure you get peoples names correctly on the boxes had to wait again to have this amended.
