We love it here! We've stayed a few times now and have always been happy. The rooms are extremely spacious and most have their own court yard to comfortably sit outside. It's like a resort style accommodation with so many lovely trees all through. The layout of the accommodation area is fabulous with the rooms being well back from the busy street and all the trees around you forget where you are and there isn't the road noise at all.nThe indoor heated pool and spa are a lovely bonus and a good size.nI highly recommend Brooklamds of Mornington and will definately be staying again.
I stay here regularly and as always the room was warm, clean, the bed very comfortable and the service friendly and helpful.
Insanely difficult late checkin 6pm. It's basically a roadside motel. And the cleaners are like allergic to throwing out garbage. Had a bag of takeaway garbage sit in my room for 3 days with nowhere to throw it out.
Great value for money. Clean, large room that comfortably slept 2 adults + 1 child. Had semi-private outdoor area. Pool facilities were great. Some gym equipment was out of action. Location was great even though we did drive to Main street for dinner.
Work trip, but it felt like I was on holiday! Good location to walk to the many restaurants around Mornington and close to the beach. Mornington is beautiful.nnBrooklands itself was a surprise. Great room with an outdoor sitting area, indoor poo, and unlike so many hotels these days, there was daily servicing of my room. The best part is a very comfortable bed and pillows. Hard to find these days.nnStaff were really friendly. Felt very welcome.nnI'll be staying here as often as I am in the area.
