Good park with easy and well maintained walking paths that are shared for both walkers and bike riders.nnThe park is very dog friendly with areas where dogs are allowed off the leash as well as a large fenced in dog park.nnLots of seating and signage as well as drink stations for both people and dogs across the whole park.nnA brand new toilet has been built and is located next to a new playground with swings, slide and climbing area.nnThere is also a sheltered area with plenty of tables and chairs as well as a BBQ in an open corner of the park.nnNot much of a view of the lake but it has a few boardwalks and sites of revegetation. Plenty of bird life and a large colony of fruit bats.
I like that have 2 dog parks.nI for energy driven dogs and owners.nAnd the other for not so driven owners and dogs.
5km of walking paths around a tree lined lake , always popular with a couple of bbq spots , amenities are located at end of park near the start
nice park with playgrounds and well maintained walking trails. lots of st paul’s kids though!
It's an absolute treasure. I've been walking here for over twenty years but I did enjoy it more when it was quieter and didn't have the big ugly dog park.
