A positive experience!!!nAfter receiving chemo treatment my feet were hurting enormously.nAfter being seen here at Brooke Street, I haven’t had a problem like I have in the past since.nI’m very grateful.nnIf anyone needs an attentive podiatrist or doctor I’d recommend them enormously.

My husband had to wait 1.5 hours this morning with our 2 small kids to see the Doctor. He checked in with reception every 30 mins and when a receptionist finally went to check with the Dr, he came immediately out. What was surprising, was the lack of apology from anyone.nnWe absolutely love the nursing station however we haven’t had great experiences seeing Doctors. Neal street has always run relatively on time.

My concerns were fully listened to and responded to by the Doctor I saw.  Brook Street Medical Centre was truely a very efficient  ‘one stop shop’ for me on this occasion.  Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse were good communicators, pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, capable and had kind dispositions.

Reception staff were lovely and friendly, Dr was capably and calm and the nurse was kind and gentle giving me a much-dreaded needle. Having recently moved to Woodend I am very grateful for having such a great medical practice nearby.
