My concerns were fully listened to and responded to by the Doctor I saw.  Brook Street Medical Centre was truely a very efficient  ‘one stop shop’ for me on this occasion.  Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse were good communicators, pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, capable and had kind dispositions.

I pretty much like Brooke Street Medical Centre Woodend. But I would like to specifically comment about Dr Candice Baker. If you want medical advice, she is a person you might want to consult. If you don't want unasked for advice about how to run your life, or comments about what you happen to be wearing on any given day, maybe look to someone else. Here's a word that Candice and a few other doctor's have probably heard, but don't think applies to them. It's a big word, so it may be difficult for the average nitwit to understand, so perhaps Candice, or one of her colleagues can explain it to you as if you were a two year old. Are you ready children? The word is 'condescending'

This business has turned to absolute garbage!! Richard would be in tears.nReception staff that are rude and disrespectful to deal with because you're an inconvenience to their day, some doctors that can't speak English or listen at all, administration that constantly fails such as results and referrals getting forwarded on, coupled with the obvious general focus on profit only not service to the community.  This place is a stain on the medical profession and every staff member should seriously consider their employment.nnAs I write this, a doctor just strolled in 2 appointments late with her school aged son, who freely roaming around the clinic, attempting to log into another doctor's computer she's on leave, of which our medical records are stored.  Great job!!  One of the best clinics that ever existed to one of the worst.!!nnEdit; I forgot to mention zero privacy or confidentiality.  Reception staff just blab conditions and appointments out loud enough for the whole clinic to hear, they have let slip they can read appointments and conditions from doctors, and think they are doctors themselves, denying access and care to anyone with cold and flu symptoms! Ha!  News flash, sick people go to doctors!

Brooke Street Medical Centre has a wide range of services on site, including podiatry, a gym, and a large treatment area for anyone who requires immediate medical assistance.  The reception team and medical staff are all very professional, easy to communicate with, and are happy to help with answers to any questions you may have.  The reception area is large and very well organised- with plenty of seating - to accommodate a lot of people easily.  The site has a generous amount of parking available on both sides of the site.  I have no hesitation in recommending Brooke Street Medical Centre.

A positive experience!!!nAfter receiving chemo treatment my feet were hurting enormously.nAfter being seen here at Brooke Street, I haven’t had a problem like I have in the past since.nI’m very grateful.nnIf anyone needs an attentive podiatrist or doctor I’d recommend them enormously.
