A positive experience!!! After receiving chemo treatment my feet were hurting enormously. After being seen here at Brooke Street, I haven’t had a problem like I have in the past since. I’m very grateful. If anyone needs an attentive podiatrist or doctor I’d recommend them enormously.
Excellent service at reception and from the doctor. My only criticism is the delay in the waiting room, as there was some confusion as to where I was and the doctor was around 30 minutes late finding me. I'd been taken from the waiting bay in the car park to an isolation bay by another member of staff. I had turned my phone off because of a direction on the wall to do this whilst in the consultation room, so the resulting delay was most probably avoidable if there were better lines of communication between the staff. Farcical situation but all good in the end.
Well attended in the Treatment Room as a walk in after a bike crash. The nurse, doctor and medical student were all promptly attentive and thorough. Was able to get x-rays and results on the spot also. Did have a little bit to pay out of pocket. Walked out happy I'd gone there.
The receptionists were polite and professional. My doctor is caring, efficient and compassionate, and I am very relieved to have found her. There are many changes at the clinic recently, which some patients are finding challenging.
I attended the clinic early before my flu vaccination because I also needed a fasting blood test to be undertaken. It worked out perfectly timewise, as I was able to have my vaccination right on time. The Reception staff and treating nurses were very friendly and efficient, and the instructions and checks very clear. The clinic set-up with multiple staff at one reception point is much better than before, and the seating layout in the three areas is also great.
After testing positive late on Saturday morning to Covid I contacted the clinic to get advice as to my options. Closing time for the clinic was within the hour, however the staff could not have been more helpful, making enquiries with other staff and advising accoirdingly. And I was a first time patient. Thank you all concerned you were able to provide extraordinary service
Very high standard of care. A problem sometimes encountered; is a long wait which while not unexpected can be very difficult to wait longer. People often have other appointments and this can be disconcerting of the care of the centre. I know you can ask why you are waiting but ...
I have been coming here for almost 9 years. The staff are great but what’s important are the facilities. On site pathology, X-ray, ultrasound, treatment room for emergencies or unexpected issues, range of specialist services too and the doctors are lovely. Highly recommend
I have been in Woodend for 12 months now and I think Brooke St Medical is one of the best centres I have been in. I have had to use the services a lot lately and have had some major issues. My Doctor is fantastic, could not be happier with him or the other services I have had to use. The centre has nearly every facility which makes it very quick and easy to get all the testing and results done in the same place, brilliant.
Fabulous patient reception staff, especially dealing with grumpy customers complaining about covid protocols. 29 March 2023 Continuing to provide ****** service; great communication friendly staff.
