The promised shopping centre, pool and other lures for sales never eventuated; nightmare for kids as trapped in estate and can’t walk to anything due to major roads surrounding it. Great for people who think Melbourne’s outer suburbs are fabulous.
Titles estimates were brought forward 7months early, many people stressed as they now have 7 months less to save, then delay after delay pushed titles back to original dates. Master plan has changed, large blocks have been deleted all after contracts have been signed. Blocks have been moved from original orientation on master plan after contact signing only too be told there is nothing that you can do about it. Blocks are currently beeing titled with no water connections, so is costing the buyers to connect water at a later date and at buyers cost to supply water tanks if they decided to build with no water connection. Developer has not completed necessary works to sewer mains to allow blocks to connect to South East water. Blocks have been titled with no clean up from developer. Then when mentioned developer lies about it when photo evidence is provided. The list could go on
I just rang them they said stage 1 being released in Feb 2018. Lucky I didn't put money down last year with whatever release they had then. Their billboard reads construction to start next month but not a dozer or excavator in sight. I bought in another estate 15 months ago off the plan and my house built already.
The new estate planned with nature and structures located next to each other. The rain water lakes or ponds are located near each house. This makes the suburb an ambivalent wild life home. Hope to see similar development across Victoria.
Just received email today regarding settlement. "We confirm that we have received strict instructions from the VENDOR with respect to extension requests. The vendor has advised that no extensions to the settlement date will be approved." Well vendor let wait their buyers for almost 4 years. And he can't wait for a week or 2. Very disappointing.
Put deposit for a blocklot 141in 2016. Contacted them few times to sign the contract but they always said that its been delayed due to council approval and asked always to have patience. We had patience for more than a year and now they are saying they cant give our block as they are going to re-structure it. As the prices went up dramitically in the last year, they want to make more money by re-selling my block along with other blocks on todays market price. They are just greedy and they are not caring about their clients. They think they can do whatever they want to do. I heard lot of small developers did that in the past but it was not expected from such a big company. Shame on you wolfdene. This guy told me that he will look after me when there will be next release but I have to pay todays priceI dont know how he is going to look after me. All the below 5 stars are by Wolfdene's employees. I know few of them.

I love the beautiful parks that are being constructed at the moment. The wetland is lovely too!
New housing estate very nice. A great little cafe,good coffee and cakes.
