Best local pub in the bay area in my opinion. Lot's of different areas to suit all ages. Food is terrific, great choice of beers on tap. Not un the main point of Glenelg, which makes it less touristy during summer.
My wife and I go out for lunch every Tuesday, and this time we recently visited the Broadway Hotel.nnWe brought our own wine and ordered the beef pie, Thai salad with salt and pepper squid, and barramundi.nnLet me say—price, quality, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. We had a lovely time.nnHighly recommend this place.
Was there last Saturday night. 6pm. Two meals. Roast of the day and porterhouse snitty. Both were good but chips on the snitty cold. One of the first meals out. Told staff no real response. Not hard to have hot chips. Probably won’t go back.
On Saturday 16th August, i arranged a 80th birthday for my wife&14guests, the service was way above expectation the meals were excellent the staff were exceptional, if you want a all round good hotel try the Broadway.nNeville Cooper
Good pub good food.nice and quiet during the day Friday. Busy AFL grand final day but staff handled it well.
