Dear Management Team,nI am writing to share a concern regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to the mosque with my children for prayer.nUnfortunately, the individual responsible for managing matters at the mosque was extremely rude and spoke in an insulting manner. The behaviour made it feel as though children were not welcome in the mosque, which was very disappointing and unexpected in such a sacred and inclusive place.nMosques should be welcoming environments, especially for children, as they are the future of our community. Speaking harshly or disrespectfully to them can leave a lasting negative impression.nI respectfully request that the management look into this matter and take appropriate action. At the very least, staff should be guided and trained on how to communicate respectfully, particularly when dealing with children and families.nThank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. I hope this concern will be addressed
Disgusting Disgusting Disgusting Mosque service!!!nI called 4 times to speak to a Imam for Family concerns and a disgraceful man keeps picking up the phone and doesn't even listen to what i have to say and just says Hello in a intimidating way and does not say Assalumu aleykum and when asked to speak to an Imam he says theres no Imam, Bye!nThis is a put off for people who want to be close to the Ummah and Muslim brothers especially people who would be interested in converting to Islam, This has made me shocked as a Muslim-Born believer who loves and respects all of God's Religions! I feel disgraced there is a Mosque that does this!
