My mum was in hospital for 5 days and we have to say that her care was faultless. The nurses, doctors and ancillary staff were absolutely amazing. Nothing was a problem and their friendliness and warmth to my 80 year old mum was so appreciated. The staff are an asset to Northern Health. Once again sincere thanks.
No one wants to be unwell, unfortunately from time to time we are unable to care for our health and we are required to put our trust on others to take care of us. I was admitted for surgery August 2024 and I wanted to express my gratitude for the fine medical attention given to me by all of the team at Broadmeadows Hospital.nTheir unwavering dedication to patient care.nand kindness has made a difficult time more bearable. Self experienced : I have waited for months to see an orthopaedic there for my hips joint pain. And all I get it from the doctor is “ it looks like I was born with it and there is no solution for it.” I was so hope less I am only 30 years old I must need a help with it. Later I started to learn all the hip join problems online myself and there is a solution. Whether I was born with it or not . How can the doctors nowadays have no sense of responsibility . Seems they didn’t get any check up fees. I have been thinking to write a review for a long time . If English is my first language I think I will write more to let you guys know how hopeless and painful my everyday is with this pain and thinking that it’s incurable.
Dropped in for hernia operation Friday 13th and from the time l walked through the door until l was discharged, the care and support l received from the administration, surgical team, recovery room and ward teams was first class. The doctors, nurses and all who tend to your needs are exceptional and they care for your wellbeing. Thank you to all .
Everyone is professional and friendly except for the receptionist who answers the phone whenever I need to reschedule an appointment. She is so rude and obviously been there for way too long. May I suggest some training in how to reschedule an appointment without being obnoxious.
