Dropped in on my way back to Seymour for some lunch. Standard pub fare but very well made. A local brewer had a selection of beers on top. I tried the Pale Ale and the British IPA. They were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all it was a good spur of the moment decision to stop in.
We went for a dinner lastnight. They had short staff... we went to order and when we order a drinks the lady doesn't know or didn't even listen what we ask for. She ended up doing it 3 times. Finally the foods arrived I also order an extra gravy. Then I ask the lady where's the extra gravy she just pointed the 1x gravy on my plate with an attitude and walk away didn't even give us forks and knifes even paper towels. Atleast 5 or 6 meals is not available. Can't reach the phones to call them cause it's a new owner.
A real pub feel and delicious dinner. Service at the bar and dining room was cheerful and engaging. Enjoyable, relaxing vibe after a long day.
