These guys obviously don't want to be there. Standing at counter & they ignored me for 15min , they only came out to help a tradie who just arrived. I left & went to dulux trade store & they were great.
Nice big store with plenty of paint. Got the paint I needed and it was also at a discount, much cheaper than Bunnings. Highly recommend getting quality paint equipment from this store such as paint, rollers, painter's tape, drop sheets etc.
In the last 2 weeks I visited this store three times during the advertised business hours however the store was always closed. There is a sign on the door reading 'back in 5 min' however nobody shows up. The store should be marked as permanently closed.
It was one of the best before it was sold . Unfortunately this job has been sold and new owner and staff are not really trained and don't even talk good to customers. Poor customer service and communication . This is unacceptable in Australia. I’m going to sue them also following up from PPG.

Great customer service i was served by a staff member named Ibby who guided me step by step also they have a great range of wallpapers.
Unfortunately the service here has been appalling since Ken left the business. Although I am a retail customer have been going there for years even when they were down at Bella Vista maybe 15 years all up - never again
Dishonest. I rang and was quoted a retail customer price for some exterior paint only to find that when I went in store the next day the price was then $8 more than what the quote over the phone.
