Came in to get a bargain deal on some pots. Opening time was 0800 which was better than the surrounding shops that opened at 0900. Ample parking out and surrounding even though it was Boxing Day sales. There was plenty of staff to ask for help finding things and working the counter so the queues didn’t back up. Prices were better on some items than other retail outlets around it. No issues with mobility and navigating the store the isles were not cluttered so good for wheelchair or mobility access.
It's always worthwhile to check out household items here. They provide a diverse selection of products, all of premium quality
I went to the store to return a product.However, when I arrived, I was met with a very disappointing response from Bianca, the representative I dealt with. Bianca was not only unhelpful but also rude throughout the interaction. She insisted that the oven had to be sent to the Breville Centre, despite Scott’s customer Service representative, Breville assurance that this step was unnecessary. She also made untrue assumptions that the oven was being used for commercial purposes, even though it’s only used by my family of three.nnThis experience was extremely frustrating, and I’m disheartened by the lack of support from Briscoes Albany. Scott, who has been with Breville for 20 years, assured me that the process would be straightforward, yet this was far from my experience at the store. Due to this incident, I am unlikely to return to this location in the future.
The overweight woman at the checkout counter is still there? I can't believe it! Her customer-facing attitude is clearly unacceptable, thus she needs to concentrate on improving it. Among the worst store employees I have ever encountered.
The largest Briscoe store i have been too.n wheelchair accessible and lots of car parking.nAll your household wares under one roof.nI was looking for a blender and there was a lot to choose from.nAlways good specials at Briscoe.nPayments they accept there are afterpay humm and laybuy.
