I will preface this by saying I am a VERY nervous patient. This was, far and beyond, the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Excellent communication, super gentle, really made sure I was comfortable and explained the process to me as we went through. 10/10!

I visited the Dentist recently and found them to be the most friendly people I have encountered, even the Receptionist was so warm and friendly. The Dentist explained everything she was going to do step by step and was very reassuring and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Brisbane Street Dental to anyone who is looking for an efficient and caring Dental service.
Able to fit me in quickly, explained options and excellent service.
Walked into dentist room, she did not introduce herself or her dental assistant. No conversation as to why I was there or what I was concerned about. Just sit down and open your mouth. Empathy or clear communication is NOT on their radar. I did not feel comfortable there and will not be returning.
Great Dentist very professional and Caring and do a Brilliant Job.
