I first contacted Brisbane City Citroen early October regarding an issue with my 2016 Citroen DS3. The car was dropped off to them on the 17th of October. Two days later I was contacted and advised the car did have an issue and that it was covered by warranty. Evaporator core & AC Compressor We were then told the parts needed to come from Sydney and we can book the car in for repairs once they arrive. The car was eventually booked in for the 7th of November. I was advised the repairs would take about 3 days. On the 9th of November I decided to call them to see if the car was still on schedule and they advised me one of the parts had arrived damaged from Sydney, regardless the new new replacement part had arrived and it should be ready the next day. The car was ready on that date and I collected the car. We noticed pretty quickly there was a squeaking/binding noise coming from the steering wheel when turning that wasn't there before, but due to the amount of trouble I had trying to communicate with the dealership in the first place, we just put up with it. I later received an email from them asking for feedback, I had filled this out extensively being honest in areas they did well and areas they did NOT so well. There was also an option to tick a box "I would like to be contacted regarding my feedback" I am still yet to hear anything from them... FAST FORWARD TO MARCH 4TH I have taken my DS3 into my mechanic who knows the car well for a standard service & check-up. My mechanic calls me in and asks if I've touched my radiator cap at all, which I replied no. The radiator cap has been left off since November, we also noticed two ac valve caps were not put back on. The radiator cap was left sitting on the upper cowling and has now scratched the underside of the bonnet. The mechanic decided to see how much coolant was left in the system and they had to add a little over 2.5l to fill it back up. Furthermore the coolant is now a nice shade of grey. We have travelled close to 10,000kms since they have had the car, Including a drive down to Canberra. The coolant system now needs to be flushed and renewed. Brisbane City Automotive claims that it would be wise to flush the system to avoid damage to the car, however there is no way and I quote "I swear on my 4 year old daughters life" that driving without the radiator cap on caused contamination to the coolant. Brisbane City Automotive refuses to take any responsibility for their poor workmanship. I would strongly advise to avoid this business as they do not stand by their work and fail to take responsibility for their mistakes.

Bryce went above and beyond to get us the best deal. The option to have the car delivered to Sydney and registered prior to me getting it was very convenient and helpful. I'm very happy with the purchase and loving driving my new Peugeot 3008. Thank you again Bryce for the seamless transaction. I will recommend you guys to everyone and happy to do business with you again.
I have so much confidence in Brisbane City Automotive Group. I bought a VW Golf from them in August 2017 and unfortunately it experienced an issue a few months later. Not only did they arrange to have my car fixed under statutory warranty, which meant they had to send it back to a Volkswagen Dealership and pay for parts and labour which not many dealers would have been so quick to do, they also provided me with a brand new loan vehicle for over 2 weeks so I wasn't without a car. The level of service I received from them after purchasing a second-hand vehicle was mind-blowing and I can't even begin to express my gratitude to them for how streamlined and uncomplicated they made my experience. They initially bent over backwards to get me bank-beating finance my finance broker even told me to use their finance because he couldn't even get close to the rate they got me and then they bent over backwards with their post-sale service. Will be purchasing through your group again - a huge thank you especially to your service team Highly recommended!
I don't normally write reviews but this experience has been so good I thought I had to write about the service I received at BCA. It took me 4 years to decide on a car to buy and when I finally decided on a Skoda, BCA and Leighton Smith ended up giving me the best support and nudge to make the commitment. I wasn't disappointing when the time came to pick up my car. I love the Skoda Octavia ! Highly recommend this place and Leighton as a sales person.

I highly recommend this dealership as they provided the best price and were very friendly and helpful at every point. I have been getting my Jeep serviced her for the last 5 years and they have always been great. However, my last service I was advised that the noise coming from my air conditioner and it will soon stop working. My husband was going on a big road trip in the car over summer so I didn’t want him to have no air conditioner. They told me I needed to replace a hose which had to be specially ordered from overseas. Trustingly I said ok and paid a deposit of c. $450 to order the part. This was in Nov 21, fast forward 4 months and the part still hadn’t arrived even though they said it would take 4 weeks. I had to keep calling them and they finally got told the part had arrived. In the meantime, I had a second opinion from a specialist air conditioner and apparently there is absolutely nothing wrong with the air conditioner. They were making it up. So they make me order a part that I didn’t need, make me wait 4 months for it to arrive and now are unresponsive to emails and phone calls. I have placed so many phone calls to try and get Sean to call me back to work things out without any success. I still have no answer and they wont even give me the part. THIS IS A COMPLETE DODGY OPERATION. Plus, the service here is appalling and I wont be going back here again. Neither should you.
I recently bought a Kamiq through Brisbane City Automotive. The car is a dream, great value and dealing with Lincoln was great. He made the experience easy, no hassles and not rushed or pressured. He was happy to go above & beyond, even dropping off the spare key off to me at my work. A great experience!
Down to earth and personable. Never bought a car with so much comfort and assurance - its always been a stressful process in the past. All staff were brilliant! Kelly from sales was extremely educated, honest and seemed to give genuine answers to all of my questions, test drive wasn't rushed and I was encouraged to take everything in and take my time. Rochelle from finance was awesome to deal with and so was Linda who helped us with all of the extras. We bought the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross and have no regrets.
I'm absolutely delighted with my new Citroen. Everyone at Brisbane City Citroen has been amazing. Daniel Gough was exceptional and went out of his way to get me the best deal. He kept in touch to let me know when the car would be ready for pick-up and he went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect before I drove away. I also had a great experience with Lynda who arranged all my extras. She was helpful and not pushy. I really felt like it was a customer-first business. Thanks very much!
