Had an old project boat needing a new motor. As cost was an issue for me all I could ask for was new motor supplied and fitted. They went above and beyond for me, doing more than just the motor fit including sorting my steering for no extra charge. Am very happy with these guys work and customer service. Dealt with a few different people along the way and they were all great. Thanks guys
A Big shout out to Dan and the team at Brisbane Marine I got my haines signature re-powered with a new 175 pro Max 4 stroke Mercury outboard.nIt was only ment to be a two week turn around but it took a month, even with the delay i couldn't fault any of the work that has been done.nThank you again to all the service,sales and administration staff an amazing experience with buying a product with you.
Customer service is poor at best, especially given that they are in the service industry. If I’m spending my money on something I don’t want to feel like they’re doing me a favour by taking it.
Nice friendly staff, my motor was ready for pick up and the Sales Manager even put it in the car for me. All details were explained to me about the motor and run in procedure .I would recommend them if you are looking for a new outboard motor or boat
