One star is too nice! 
This company promised certain flowers at a certain time. 
They came, 6 hours late to a wedding, after the ceremony. 
Flowers were brown and wilted, and all the wrong colours. I ordered light pink and white roses, I received hot pink, purples, lots of greenery. It wasn’t what I ordered. 

After many attempts of contacting them during the day of the wedding, their phone would go straight to voice mail. 
Tried contacting days, weeks, months after the wedding, and would receive no responses what so ever. Very rude. 

Please save yourself some stress and money, and do not use this company, ever.

I highly recommend Christine as a florist for a wedding or special event. Not only is she wonderfully talented but very professional, friendly and helpful. I really appreciated all of her expertise on how to create the look that I wanted using flowers that were in-season to be more economical. And our bouquets and table settings were exactly how I imagined :)

Worst florist ever. Requested certain flower and was promised it from the company. Flowers arrived on the day and nothing was said to us. What do you know the flowers where different and we never got consulted but still had to pay for a cheaper version. Attempted to call several times to speak with the company. nil answer and nil call back. Lodging a complaint with ACCC. I wouldn't even use to company to get flowers to put in a coffin.

They were amazing from start to finish! I contacted them 4 weeks out from the wedding and they delivered a prompt & competitive quote. We sent inspiration pictures and the end result looks exactly like it! Super friendly & easy to deal with. The flowers  were beautiful and would highly recommend 😀

Loathe to give such a low score but flowers were arranged by family interstate  for delivery in Forest Lake  for a very special birthday on a specific weekday.  Despite phone calls and SMS when nothing happened the flowers were not delivered until TWO days later! Person claimed that they had put the incorrect address into Google maps and could not find the house. Despite also promising a small personal gift to apologise for the poor service there was no gift forthcoming. To be positive the flowers were lovely and good value when they were received (two days later) but the business needs to look hard at getting their act together on deliveries.
