Customer service absolutely amazing, can’t fault. Made organising our gender reveal an absolute stress free event. I called hire places from Brisbane to Gold Coast and this company was the only one I didn’t have to constantly follow up for quotes or updates on items which made me feel these guys were the only ones to go with! Highly recommend for any future events.

Terrible customer service. Never answer calls or return calls back. Also stopped responding to my emails, because I refused one of the products in the quote and suggested to them i will use something i have instead. Totally ridiculous. Not everyone can afford everythnig and have to budget out in the best way they can. Wrote to them several times and no response.nnUpdate: They apologized to me and gave me other ideas of where to hire and buy in cheaper ways which was nice. But still wish I got that email two weeks ago just letting me know that they have given what i wanted away to someone else, instead of  Leaving me hanging and stressed.
