Quite easy to get to from Logan Road. On the way, despite the lack of information about where your coach is, there are signs to the coach station and very helpful staff who will show you how to get there. The station itself is very simple, there is a toilet. And we travel further thanks to Greyhound Australia :-
The Brisbane Coach Terminal is hopelessly inadequate. Customer service for morning departures is dysfunctional at best. Parking pax drop off is confusing to any new customers. NSW Trainlink services heading south are often replaced by coaches, so there's no excuse for the lack of assistance and signage. The typical elderley bus and train passengers deserve much better than this. It is an embarrassment to Australia, not just Qld. To think that this is a key gateway, and that there is an Olympic Games in this city in
1 star for good reason: It's hard to find. The departure boards only show information from 6am onwards, no information is provided if you are on a 5am coach. There is no assistance, so the departure board's would have come in handy if it reflected the correct information and there is no access to any amenities and the toilets on the train platforms are locked at this time. Its sad that there are homeless sleeping at the bus station, witnessed young youth robbing the homeless while we were there and the young youth are also waiting to rob the elderly travelling, two security guards doesn't ensure coach travellers safety, so I made sure I waited with my elderly Dad to ensure his safety at 4:30 am, but all this only because my elderly Dad doesn’t like to fly.nPlease be careful when travelling with your luggage and esp if your travelling alone and don't allow your elderly parents to wait alone it is NOT safe.
Average station.nPlenty of places to sit while waiting, plenty of information with the coach departure area, only criticism is that it’s not very easy to locate on foot. Would recommend giving yourself a little extra time to get there in the first place :
