The treatment from all staff was exceptional and you felt like you were a VIP at all times. Dr Samarakoon is a lovely human being and I highly recommend her and the wonderful staff at this centre.
I have had a few colonoscopy’s over the years at this place by a few different doctors and all staff and doctors are just lovely.
I got to my appointment 20 minutes early, only person in the room, waited over 1.5hrs to get through while walk ins were able to get service immediately. Extremely poor service, go somewhere else
The cheerfulness, professionalism and responsiveness of all staff, surgeon and anaesthetist made for a great vibe, ensuring I was relaxed and providing me with a great experience from entry to exit. Also followup call from Kerry at centre next morning was very much appreciated. Many thanks to everyone.
The Staff at BEC were incredibly friendly, professional, caring and engaging. Overall the staff were / are marvellous; made my visit pleasant and comfortable.
