Very nice and well stocked library. It also has a very nice kids section. Very close to watergardens town centre and train station
Apparently they turned the quiet library into a playground. So considerate of them
I hardly write a review, but since this is the best service I should write one. I met a lovely lady “Louise”. She helped me patiently to use the scanner. The best librarian.
Visit Date: 13 Aug 2022nIts a good space with allied facilities but two things which disturbed me the most are as under:nn1. The environment is not friendly in terms of study as the front desk staff and some of the people were speaking very loud. They don't have the courtesy to behave like they are in a library. Even the front desk people who were responsible to maintain the decorum didn't even bother to do it.nn2. The air conditioning temperature was set to too cold even in winter. I requested the front desk staff to make it a little warm but she said its out of her control.nnI don't know who to speak and who is responsible for this!
Staff, although kind, have 0 consideration for students studying. With crying babies, loud parents, loud laughing staff, it makes it incredibly hard to focus. This morning there was a baby sing along activity ??? I stormed out this morning and had to go to Caroline Springs library
