Terrible experience and service. I paid by credit card to use the self service wash. No water came out of the hose. I wasn't sure if the machine wasn't working, or if the payment went through, so I tapped again. Checked my bank statement and was charged three times. Tried to call the numbers on google which were all disconnected. I've called the bank to dispute the statement.nIF YOU DON'T WANT TO RISK THIS HAPPENING TO YOU, PLEASE DON'T GO HERE!!
Used the self-serve car wash here and was really disappointed. The water pressure during the final rinse cycle dropped significantly in the last 3 minutes. It became too weak to properly rinse off the foam, leaving residue on my car. For the price, I expected better performance and consistency. Not recommended, and I won’t be coming back.
Faulty auto wash again. You pay $20 for a wash and it decides it’s finished mid cycle forcing you to spend more money manually finishing your wash in a bay. Happened to a car behind me after this photo too.
I thought I would opt for the most expensive touch free cash wash as it should be the best $20nThe car came out still dirty, not rinsed properly and not dried. Rang owner and left two messages, no return calls.
Just paid $20 for a “brilliant” laser car wash through the automated drive through. The car wash wet my car and then stopped with no wash at all and asked me to exit. I rang the phone number listed online twice and left a msg once requesting a refund. Terrible experience.
