I recently visited Brighton Beach Box Sauna and I must say, it was an incredible experience! This sauna by the beach offers a unique and relaxing atmosphere that is perfect for unwinding and rejuvenating. With four different saunas, including a traditional Finnish sauna, you can enjoy a variety of heat levels and styles. But what really sets this sauna apart is the opportunity to jump into the sea before or after your sauna session, or to take a refreshing dip in the plunge pools and showers on site. The campfire in the middle of the compound adds to the relaxed vibes, making it the perfect place to gather with friends and family, or to simply unwind and connect with nature. Overall, I highly recommend Brighton Beach Box Sauna to anyone looking for a truly unique and rejuvenating experience. The concept is amazing and the facilities are top-notch. It's the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure, and I can't wait to visit again!
Incredible experience. It had been on my wish list to try it for a while and now I can't wait to go back. Everyone working there is so welcoming and lovely. The cleanliness is spot on. The treatment menu is all so tempting I tried the clay mask. Showers for when you're done are cold which is actually a welcome relief, and then you can just do a quick warm up for a few minutes in your sauna before getting dressed. Can't wait to get back to Brighton for another session
Brillant Beach Box ‍ - what a wonderful discovery! I’d followed Beach Box on Instagram for a while, so when we arrived back in Brighton, we had to give it a go. We booked a two-hour slot and by the end of it, felt like we’d gone on a mini holiday! The plunge pool in winter certainly wakes you up and is such an invigorating experience. The sauna rooms converted horse boxes are a treat. Be sure to try out the aroma balls and whisking! We plan to come back as soon as possible - hopefully every week! A true gem and such love people running it. Special mention to Claudia, who was a star answered all our questions and made us feel right at home!
Wonderful beach side sauna. The host is very kind and helpful. They provide changing rooms, towels and washroom. You can go to the sea as well between sauna sessions. Overall one of the best things to do in Brighton.
A wonderful sauna experience on the beach. Each box sauna has its own style and the treatments are really special. The face mask is my favourite. The team are welcoming and happy to help first time sauna goers. Worth booking in advance to get your preferred time.
We had a marvellous day, the sauna followed by a dip in sea felt amazing, despite the cold! The lovely area, relaxed attendance by the couple on site and gorgeous treats of aromatic oils in ice made this feel a mini holiday. Left feeling great, and wanting more!
Excellent as always! Sunshine, great location, and friendly staff! This morning, when going for a dip we were blessed with a visit by a Seal.
What a birthday treat! Thank you to all the staff that really looked after us, including a 17, 14 and 11 year old. They welcomed us all and ensured we had a great time using the Plunge pool and encouraging the boys to drink plenty of iced water they provided. Top notch. No the cheapest but you get what you pay for!!
Such a tranquil little oasis, really relaxing and great to combine with a dip in the sea! Can’t wait to go back.
An absolutely wonderful experience and an asset to the local area. The cost of the full experience of two hours is a bit of an investment, but there are shorter sessions available too. This is certainly a very unique, beneficial and mentally / physically transformative experience. The cool, kind and extremely knowledgable staff are very helpful and a joy to chat to. Brighton & Hove Council please help to support this amazing attraction for residents and tourists alike! Enjoy all that enter :
