The creamiest macadamia ice cream! I also appreciate the staff. It was very busy on a Saturday night but they handled the crowd very well! Hats off to the Filipino dude sorry I didn’t catch your name! but good job on handling the crowd!
My experience here last night was nothing short of incredible. Not only was the ice-cream great, but the server was absolutely amazing. He suggested the English toffee ice-cream as it was his favourite and I was not disappointed. I don’t know what his name is, but that kid was once again amazing and I’m very happy to have been served by him last night.
To say this gelato place is good is a huge understatement! It's pure bliss, heaven on earth, stuff dreams are made of, good! I had a scoop of the black cherry and a scoop of the pistachio and believe me when I say it was the best dang gelato I've ever had. The staff are so friendly and if you work in the area, ask the staff if you get a discount. I know museum staff do
I entered shop there were 2 attendants and one other customer there being attended to by an attendant. I stood at the counter waiting thinking that the attendant that was doing nothing would attend to me. He completely ignored me and went fiddling with some of the icecream. The other man that was attending the other customer then told this other assistant to attend to me but he ignored that request and still ignored me. After 30 seconds he eventually ask me what I wanted and I ordered an icecream milk shake. He said not making milk shakes today. No other comment no reason as to why when I asked why. There was milk there so it looks like laziness or incompetence . I had got a milk shake there the day before from a nice lady but this guy is incompetent and useless and they have lost a customer.
The lady who served us was super kind and bubbly- didn’t catch her name but she was wearing a Nike jumper. She was super friendly and managed to serve our order really efficiently. She also complimented my bravery for trying liquorice ice cream rightfully so, even though I loved it
The ice cream was great: fresh, slightly chewy and not too sweet. What I liked the most was the cone: it is aromatic and so flavorful
I LOVE the orange/choc flavour and boysenberry! Would love if they offered larger takeaway containers I would get every week : yum!
They are very generous with their servings and toppings! Their macadamia ice cream is one of the best in Australia.
Good quality ice cream however they got mine and my sisters ice cream flavours wrong and my mum found a hair in her ice cream... for the amount the ice cream is id appreciate it if my order is at least correct
Customer service was good, Ice-cream was better. Quite expensive for a double scoop as it was $8.00 for 2x scoops and a waffle cone. Great little spot, right on the beach. Good selection of Ice-creams as well.
