Amazing dealership, We bought a 2018 Mazda CX-9 in perfect condition, And there was 1 scratch in the interior which they fixed with no cost. The customer service is amazing, and they will treat you very kindly even if you are a customer or not. Sales man was very friendly and the car was in perfect condition which was excellent for our family. Overall a nice collection of vehicles, friendly service and good condition vehicles. Must visit.
Purchased a 2020 Mercedes Benz 5 year warranty from Brighton BMW interstate 6 months ago. Delivered 1 month later and all seemed fine. Took it in for it's yearly service and it had a window issue that was a $1,500 cost - no problem it's under warranty. Well it wasn't. BMW Mentone advertised it wrong unsure if deliberate to make it more appealing? - it's actually a 2019 with 3 year warranty which had already expired.nnContacted BMW Mentone to which Warren advised yes he can see it was advertised incorrectly but the manager is on 1 week of leave so they can't do anything yet. Waited 1 week and heard nothing. Gave the boss 4 days to return and settle in, nothing. Called on the 5th day, declined call. Called on the 6th day, declined call. Called the dealership directly and had a service rep agree to pass on a message as the manager was unavailable. Received a call back the next day that they will resolve it and cover the warranty costs but needed to re submit everything how do you lose an email from a week prior?.nnBooked in for 5 days in advance to have the repair job done and let BMW know about it. Work was completed by Mercedes Benz on the booked day and they sent the invoice to BMW at mid day. They also called BMW to advise and they were told yes we will sort it out.nnSurprise, they didn't bother to pay it and still have not paid it as the 2nd day ends and Mercedes are unable to release the car, so I am writing this review with my now 2nd day off work in a row because I have no car.nnWill never be doing business with BMW again now and will be exploring what further options I have.
Just had my mini convertible serviced with the guys at BMW Mentone.. I had fantastic service, the communication was perfect, Tony and Andrew made me feel as though I was the only client they had for the day, any questions I had answered quickly and thoroughly. Andrew kindly showed me how to clean the rubber seals of debris and what to look out for. The team went out of their way to provide phenomenal service- and they washed the car - so it was all sparkly and new looking. Couldn't ask for better servicing team. Absolutely the best place to get your BMW S1000RR Serviced. Richard at reception was very helpful and took care of my motorcycle and service needs. My bike runs so much better. Both staff at reception were lovely and offered coffee and drinks mil times.nBest customer service experience.nI travelled 1 hour and 45 minutes and it was worth it. I am never going to any other BMW service centre but this one.nThank you Brighton BMW Motoraad service team.
