Highly recommended! I attended Bright Smile Dental Clinic to do a couple of fillings and the dentist did a great job. She also ensured that I am not feeling pain during the filling which was very appreciative.

I took my 7 year old daughter here for the first time .She was a bit nervous but Bright Smile Dental Clinic Staff were amazing and made her feel comfortable and special. Dr Massomeh and her team were fantastic in the way they interacted with her and has left the impression that going to the dentist isn't scary and my daughter left the Dentist very happy at that day She even got to choose sticker to take home :)

Amazing dentist!!! My 5 year old daughter was quite scared before her first visit to a dentist. Within 3 min Dr. M Hajihashem turned her into a giggling and happy little girl. Smiling even during the procedure!!! Now my daughter wants to visit her constantly and have her teeth checked. No kidding. Never seen that before :) Totally recommend this dentist. Very professional and awesome with children.

@India Newland: I too never leave feedback/reviews, but I just saw yours as I was looking for the phone # for my partner to book an exam here. I believe you may have shown up to another dentist by mistake. There is one called Brite Smile (not Bright Smile) down the road from this one that is beside a Health Clinic. Bright Smile is between residential flats and a daycare, there is no Health Clinic. My experience with Dr. Massoumeh and Maddie have been great every time I have been. My appointments have always been respected and on time. Prices have been great and I've never been advised to have work done that wasn't necessary. Plus they are friendly, which isn't a must for me, but was a massive bonus.

I don't normally leave google feedback, but this-morning was so frustrating i felt the need to say my piece so no one else has to waist their time as i did. I booked online the day before i intended to go in. I was very happy with the ease of the online booking system. To secure the booking they send an sms to your phone and you enter the code provided. I completed all that was asked and was told my booking was confirmed. The next morning i received a reminder email about my appointment which was appreciated to. Only to arrive at Bright Smiles Preston to find the place closed. I spoke to the woman at the front desk of the adjoining health centre and no one had any record of my appointment. i was told to call Bright Smiles in Dandenong(?!), to find out what was going on. I did this and spoke to a woman, it took her 10min(?!) to locate my booking. She then attempted to find a later booking to swap me to, only to inform me that no one would be working in the Preston clinic that day. This may all potentially have been avoided if I hadn't used there online booking system, which obviously doesn't work at all. However, being met by such seeming incompetence. I won't be testing how their dentistry skills fair.
